This Bug is not over the fact that some UI components get overdrawn(That is bug
11718).

It is about the fact that the content gets drawn at the wrong position,
if the window has the wrong (not initial) width to height ratio.

It's still an issue with wine 1.1.42.

This has not been updated for two years. Is this an issue in 1.5.25 or should
this be closed as abandoned ?

It's still an issue with wine 1.5.24. I will check 1.5.25 when I get the
update.

It's not a wine bug. Same is also present in Windows.

wine-1.7.23, bug still present.

With the recent Dota 2 updates there might be a need for the warcraft 3 map
editor, since many maps are currently being ported. I've attached a screenshot
to the post.

It was hard to find what's wrong with this bug but I think I know now.

There are some tools that are drawn under the black thing. Pressing mouse
button 1 and moving it towards top exposes the tools.Also bottom has some
location indicators that are hidden similar way.

I can't really tell about drawing wrong when window has wrong ratio.
