I think this is a duplicate of https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48304

That one is russian but i think this is really the same app

Could you try if this is fixed in today`s git?

Indeed, with wine-5.0-rc2, the software works. Marking as duplicate of bug
