Noticed in 9.3.4-3 and 9.3.24 installers. When starting the installer, there's
an immediate error dialog:

Error
There has been an error.
Unable to write inside TEMP environment variable path.

Terminal shows:

This bug was fixed by Nikolay in March 2019:
"wshom.ocx: Fix string length returned from Check returned BSTR length."
