When you run Spotify with Wine 1.2 it consumes all the RAM of computer making cycles where at a point all the processors are at 100% and in others the CPU consumes is normal. The time os each cycle is less than 30 second, crashing the system if your are running other programs with high consumes like Boinc.
The program worked fine with the version 1.1.36 of wine that was what I was using before the upgrade.
I am using ubuntu 10.4 lucid lynx, wine 1.2(upgraded from the official repository), kernel 2.6.33.4, Spotify version 0.34. I use a nvidia 7600 and intel dual core 2,4 GHz.

Before make a regression test I probed to purge completely Wine and install it again and the problem fixed. It could be caused because I had 1.1.34 version and upgraded to 1.2 and after that I used the program playonlinux which automatically installed the version 1.1.36 for a videogame(and I didnt remeber it until i saw today), so maybe the problem was surely the mixture of versions, also purged playonlinux and finally the problem fixed in reinstallation directly form repository with ubuntu's apt-get.
Anyway I read the wiki with all the steps for make a regression test for next time, if there is something where I can help in the project, not very complicated for a start, let me know.
