When i try to use apps in windowed mode (ie. desktop = 640x480, managed),
instead of displaying a window with desired resolution, the whole screen is
being scaled down to that size. (Example: I use 1280x800 res, when trying to
launch an app in a 640x480 window, wine rescales the whole screen to 640x480)
