Run BMFont (http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/) and select options. Note that value RQ is in the size(px) field and POO is in the Height% field. Also Q in the super sampling field, O in outline thickness. Note similar problems in the export options dialog.

Install the application in a clean wineprefix or set usp10 to built-in in winecfg's libraries tab. Those dialogs contain numbers here when using the built-in usp10, but they indeed appear as letters with the native one.
