Safari 4 crashes on startup. This is not fixed by using the windows version of iphlpapi.dll that was reported in other bugs and sites:

The new log file. I think it ran long enough, it was still outputting "user32.DispatchMessageW()" on occasion, but the CPU usage was 0% and nothing was happening, so I think the crash occurred.
