Bug #: 29388 Summary: counter strike source: occlusion query, wrong thread Product: Wine Version: 1.3.35 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: directx-d3d AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: bpaterni@gmail.com Classification: Unclassified
Counter Strike: Source is spewing many of these type "fixme" messages:
fixme:d3d:wined3d_occlusion_query_ops_get_data 0x229d81e0 Wrong thread, returning 1.
AFAIK, this is not affecting the rendering/playability of the game. It just seems to be spamming the terminal while playing the game.
I'm running CS:S on top of a radeon 4850 which is being driven by the open source mesa/gallium3d drivers

--- Comment #1 from Matt Turner mattst88@gmail.com 2011-12-21 16:40:38 CST --- I can't reproduce this with CS:S, but I am seeing it with Day of Defeat: Source. It does make the game unplayable, as objects that shouldn't be in your field of view actually are.
