Make sure that you have the 'legacy' Ageia Physx driver installed (comes
bundled with the demo). This is one of the few games that doesn't work when
only the newer (non-legacy) Physx drivers are installed.

Yes, the demo works well with PhysX legacy driver 9.12.1031 as suggested.
