Currently backspace key does nothing in OpenFile dialogs (i.e. dialogs used by
GetOpenFileName), and just prints

while in windows pressing backspace makes dialog go to a parent directory.

Don't touch Difficulty unless you are the one who will fix it.
Don't use those keywords they don't apply.

Which keywords didn't apply?
"conformance" was added because key works in windows and doesn't work in wine.
So behaviour differs.
"FIXME" was added because wine does print FIXMEs while pressing backspace key
in OpenFile dialogs.
