Right, this bug is probably easy to solve. Dan asked to open a new bug for this Saxo Trader crashes into unimplemented msi.MsiSetExternalUIRecord and msi.MsiDetermineApplicablePatchesW. It's enough to let them return E_NOTIMPL, then the installer is already happy
