--- Comment #1 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com 2007-08-27 08:10:24 --- Could you retry this in a clean .wine directory? 16-bit apps were broken recently, but fixed in wine 0.9.44, and you may have something broken in your config.

--- Comment #2 from Louis Lenders xerox_xerox2000@yahoo.co.uk 2007-08-27 10:02:41 --- This crash looks familiar to me. I have 2 cd's lying around that crash, if i remember correctly, in similar way. If have some time , i'll dig them up, and see if they produce the same crash (with debug-info then)

--- Comment #4 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com 2008-04-15 00:18:43 --- Is this still an issue in current (0.9.59 or newer) wine?

Yes, it is still a problem. I've installed the program again, into a clean wine directory, and tested with wine 0.9.59, the result of which you can see in the new attachment.

--- Comment #8 from Paul "TBBle" Hampson Paul.Hampson@Pobox.com 2009-01-05 08:53:15 --- I suspect that all the bugs that show up with CreateDCW(DIRDIB) (eg bug 6200, bug 15392) are related, dirdib.drv is part of the redistributable for Macromedia Director, according to http://www.adobe.com/support/authorware/basics/files_distribute/files_distri... which explains why there's quite a few programs around suffering the same identical failure.
