The Wine (Staging) installer for macOS does not default to a 64bit wine
installation on macOS though official 64bit macOS support is listed in wine's
2.0 release notes.

The 64 bit support is no longer marked as experimental, however a user can
still select whether to install the 64 bit part. We intentionally kept this
option for users to save disk space when they only use 32 bit prefixes.
