What error do you get? This may be invalid, I suspect this will only work in a
real windows installation.

Probably a dupe of bug 22124. While it's a 'real' application, it's a WONTFIX.
The app makes a live cd of out of a windows install, and for obvious reasons,
wine isn't enough to make a livecd/full OS.

"UBCD UBCD4Win Ultimate Boot CD for Win ver 3.1.10a" is not correct.

UBCD4Win has an own version scheme. You are confusing the bundled Bart PE tool
3.1.10a with it.

Probably Ultimate Boot CD for Windows version 3.50 or 3.60 was used.
