Tested with wine-staging 2.0.rc3. And I get a crash. I quess this is relevant

I found a stable download of this software from around the time this bug was reported.

The setup claims success, but does show a call to unimplemented function ntoskrnl.exe.PsGetCurrentProcessSessionId. Since this bug wasn't so great to begin with, I'll repurpose it for that problem.
