skse_loader.exe Crash Dump

Program crashes with "Unhandled exception: page fault on write access to
0x00000000 in 32-bit code (0x00405183)."

Github post here suggests a regression was caused with something in Wine
version 4.16.

Considering it's a 32-bit program, I'll test with 32-bit builds (testing with
Biarch/SysWOW64 seems complicated).

Git version of WINE reports that X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing, guideline on
revision testing advises not to change any overrides or install any new
libraries. Give up?
