driver: fglrx (it works, I can play Americas Army with all options on maximum

GLSL: I have enabled it, but I also try without

OffscreenRenderingMode: I tried it with fbo (someone said it in a forum to me)
and withouth this registry key

virtual-desktop: tried with enabled and disabled, no difference
glxinfo: I will attach it, when I'm at home (ca. 2 hours)
