Search result for Garant F1 gives suspicious result in black side of the
internet...

Also folowing link shows something can be bad inside:

So where did you take such file and what it should do?

I am russian and my english is very bad (sorry)

This file is taken from the installation program Garant 2010 and it is
certainly not a virus! He must run the following file to start the installation
program:
