--- Comment #1 from Ken Sharp imwellcushtymelike@gmail.com --- Is it a black screen, or is it flickering/badly rendered?
Disabling GPU acceleration works around that (Bug 47331) and it is identical behaviour to the normal Wine64.
What workarounds are you using, given Steam doesn't work without workarounds?

--- Comment #2 from m1m1k4tz m1m1k4tz@protonmail.com --- The screen is just totally black no flickering just black and the console gets slammed with those dxgi errors I’ve noticed that the steam app has never worked on the new mode without dxvk also so maybe no one has looked at it until now

--- Comment #3 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- I'll post it here as well: Works fine for me, using wine-9.10 (compiled from source) with x11. I mean, I am on wayland, but use the wine x11 driver. (also used winetricks arial)

Which wow64 mode are you using? I tried the arial and corefontd trick and it didn’t work for me

--- Comment #5 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- Both old and new wow64
