Fonts are not smoothly rendered with subpixel rendering.

Subpixel rendering only works on Textboxes and only if you first hove with your
mouse over it.

See this (magnified) screenshot as an example:

I hovered with the mouse over the "fonts" textfield, and you can see it has
blue and red pixels arround it and gets rendered nice. The text in the rest of
the programm is only rendered in shades of grey without subpixel rendering.

This is a huge readablility and usablility problem! Please fix!

See the "fontsize" textbox has subpixel rendering
the "font-famlily" textbox has no subpixel rendering.

Subpixel rendering fails unless hovering with the mouse.

Everywhere else outside of textboxes subpixel rendering also fails.

Setting in registry is [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"FontSmoothingType"=dword:00000002
