console output with winedebug=-all, +dinput,+x11drv,+keyboard

The key Return does not work well in the Hulk demo. It is very bad, since the
menu asks to confirm the choose by pressing the key return.

But the key Escape seems to work.

Confirming in wine 0.9.44, kubuntu gusty. I can't be completely sure if the
escape key worked. It seemed to, as it would skip the videos and warnings
quicker, but since the graphics were very glitchy as well, can't be sure.
