This "intel software codec, DirectShow filter and Plugin" by intel is used by games like Thief and System Shock 2. When attempting to start a video from the game I get a message about that there is "no interface for {56a868b3-0ad4-11ce-b03a-0020af0ba770}".
I've attached the log from a session where the video started three times.
