The good news there is again music and sound in Tropico 3 (which was lost in
1.1.36 when mmdevapi was added).

Wine 1.1.44
Ubuntu 9.10 (32 bit) 2.6.31-20
GeForce 9600 GT PCI Express 195.36.15 512Mb

While game runs, the music and voice run then stop and run again then stop and
so on. Terminal output:

i see:

Is this can be problem?

Yeah, ubuntu has a broken pulseaudio in karmic, lucid is going to get fixed

Those mmdevapi functions were implemented in 1.1.40, so make sure you're using
the latest development version of Wine (1.1.44).
