Is this still an issue in current (0.9.59 or newer) wine?
Hi,
I just tested with 0.9.60 ;  using 'Alsa' and 'Directsound: Hardware
Accelleration: Full' in winecfg's audio tab; and it sounds great, both music
and speech.
