Can you please retest this?  I've sent in a bunch of patches that fix this. 
It's not perfect yet, but it should be fixed.  The office 2k3 cdrom must be in
and properly configured when you run the sp3 installer.

I get a bunch of err:msi failed to failed to load transforms and table errors
but it appears to finish installing

I think it works now
