Hello, using Simcity 2013, with wine 1.7.39 on debian Jessie, I'm having a
glitch with the graphics when playing. Look at the screenshots. At some place,
the ground disapear or make a spike.

I'm running the game trough PlayOnLinux. Using NVIDIA 340.65. Graphics cards:
NVIDIA Corporation GF108M [NVS 5400M]

Can you retest with vanilla wine. Just follow the instructions in the HowTo.

So far AFAIK everybody who mentioned graphical issues with SimCity had a NVIDIA
card. So I guess investigating in that direction is most promising.

With fresh debian install with wine 1.7.39, I get the same problem.
