I couldn't narrow it down much, sounds like a resampling problem(?).
Using Gentoo default pulseaudio config and a Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interface.

Thanks for reporting. Can you attach a log with the channels from
https://wiki.winehq.org/Sound ? Have you made any changes to your PulseAudio
configuration?
