Hello Yooresh,

please don't use native overrides unless you can justify/prove the need.
In general it renders bug reports automatically invalid.

You're also using an outdated Wine version.
Upgrade to recent Wine 1.7.x series, preferably Wine 1.7.53 and retest
*without* any modifications (no overrides!).

without overrides I got tired of waiting, it starts with winetricks -q ie8, but
it took quite long before I could see visible gui. I don't see a crash here.

I tested another bug related to this program it doesnt crash in my short trial
but you need winetricks -q ie8 to get it shown. Maybe this is fixed or was
already invalid at report time?

I can't reproduce in Wine 1.6.1 or 1.9.16-git, please try again in wine 1.9.16
or later.

There seem to be several versions/downloads for this app. One can also download
it from https://www.psiphon3.com/en/download.html

I tested version from doenloadlink in urlfield and the one from
https://www.psiphon3.com/en/download.html

They both show same behaviour here: They hang and the app doesnt start. As
stated in comment 6 winetricks ie8 is a workaround, but it takes very long
before the app starts

As no-one seems to get crash from comment 1 i will change the title.
