Error after installed cs1.6 :(

After installed cs 1.6, i have this error :( I use wine 1.3. Ubuntu 10.04 lts,
how to fix that? Thank you.

How did you install it? And how are you starting it? I don't see Steam
window(s) anywhere.

through terminaljust enter:
sudo apt-get install wine1.3

right click on file setup_cs16.exe->Open with Wine Windows Program Loader

Don't open bugs for illegal software. There is no such thing as CounterStrike
1.6 without Steam
