It happens with Wine 0.9.57 and it says:
fixme:font:ExtTextOutW flags ETO_NUMERICSLOCAL | ETO_NUMERICSLATIN | ETO_PDY
unimplemented

In this case, I installed GTK and dependencies for Windows from gtk.org, no
installers, this are the official versions of the runtime, and used the
gtk-demo program to test.
