Wine staging master seems to not be affected, Wine Master is affected.
Setup windows of Final Fantasy XIV are stretched out to the point of becoming
unusable, as seen in the attachment below. Namely are, in order:
* the "Install DirectX" window of the latest benchmark(Bloodstorm), wine
staging master
* the "Install DirectX" window of the latest benchmark(Bloodstorm), wine master
* the Uninstaller, which is also the installer, wine master

The installer can be found here:

but the result should be the same

I am running Gentoo, the two wine versions I used are specifically
wine-staging-9999 and wine-9999, aka both latest dev trees
