--- Comment #1 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- Did you test it in a clean wineprefix?
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43798
--- Comment #2 from SF shitman71@hotmail.com --- I don't remember anymore but its a while since its not working anymore, i did reinstall several times since then so yes i did test it within a clean environment. I think i shall try it again but i doubt it will solve anything.

--- Comment #3 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de ---
Library webio.dll (which is needed by L"C:\windows\system32\WINHTTP.dll") not found
does sound like you have some overrides.

--- Comment #4 from SF shitman71@hotmail.com --- err:module:import_dll Library webio.dll (which is needed by L"C:\windows\system32\WINHTTP.dll") not found
I did a fresh install and tryed step by step up to this point, there is nothing different then before and its not working anymore with the same setup.

--- Comment #5 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- "fresh install" does mean clean wineprefix? Because built-in winehttp does not depend on webio.dll.

--- Comment #6 from SF shitman71@hotmail.com --- Fresh install means i did delete everything of wine i could find, its entire folder.

--- Comment #7 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- If you go into winecfg, do you have overrides? Because there is something different with your installation, it works for me.

--- Comment #8 from SF shitman71@hotmail.com --- No, nothing. But i know winetricks freezes at the point of changing winversion while installing ie8 or something. This might cause it.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43798
--- Comment #9 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- This shouldn't happen, but why are you installing ie8? The problem persists if you remove your .wine folder completely and then reinstall steam and borderlands 2?
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43798
--- Comment #10 from SF shitman71@hotmail.com --- Yes, the winetricksbug happens since i updated winetricks some months before but it didn't seem to affect any other games. It just borderlands 2 not working, ie8 needs to beinstalled to have some multiplayersupport within some games. I don't know anymore exactly why i did install it but i remember i did need because of some game and all games did run within this setup until some months before. I did completely remove wine and the .wine folder and did reinstall everything step by step to see whats blocking but i reached the same point. I do nothing different then before except of having some trouble with winetricks since an update but borderlands 2 is the only game having problems.
