[Bug 23680] New: Alpha Centauri will not run

Alpha Centauri and Alien Crossfire both install perfectly, but upon running I
can only get as far as the screen to choose which version to play (original or
expansion). Upon choosing one or the other, the program promptly closes and
wine reports an app crash.

I didn't *enter* it as a blocker, and I *did* read the definitions 0_o I put it
in as normal

fixme:vxd:__wine_vxd_open Unknown/unsupported VxD L"siwvid.vxd". Try setting
Windows version to 'nt40' or 'win31'.

No, I didn't spot it, nor did I expect a 98/95 game to need that, but it appear
to work now. Thanks.
