error output in wine when patcher opens

since 1.3.28 Bioware Mythic games Warhammer Online and Wrath Of Heroes suffer
the patcher issue. patcher fails to patch, just quits.
all worked fine with 1.3.27 and previous versions. must be some regression.

the problem was only on my system.
clean wine prefix fixed it.
