Logs with version set to win7 and xp

When installing the game with windows version set to win7, it doesn't install
the main executable and it's dlls.
It works with windows version set to xp.

I'm using the CD version of the game (english, version 1.0)

Debug log doesn't tell anything, still attaching it just in case.

Hello folks,

the console output is unfortunately not useful.
Since you're talking about the CD version:

Might be related to copy protection or some old installer technology.
You could run ProtectionID tool (https://pid.gamecopyworld.com/) on the
installer/executables from the CD media.

Also provide a full +relay,+seh log from the installer and attach as compressed
archive to the ticket. If still too large, upload somewhere else and provide
link.

ProtectionID says the game (alice.exe) uses Safedisc v2.05.030. Debugger won't
work properly due to the nature of the games copy protection. Sorry, probably
should have posted that here too. Setup.exe doesn't seem to use copy protection
according to ProtectionID.
