I upgraded to Wine 1.7.52 and I noticed that drag and drop in Foxit Reader isn't working anymore. It was indeed working with Wine 1.6.2 I had before. I tried to delete "~/.wine/", but that didn't help.
Then I ran a regression test and I figured it out. wine-1.7.48-162-ge1f3536 is the last working version. b78a9f1aa14d2d43ee7e62f617a3c7bdf576dd4b by Damjan Jovanovic is the bad commit.
The OS is Linux Mint KDE 17.1.

1) Download Foxit Reader from here: https://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/latest.php?product=Foxit-Reader&...
2) Install it with Wine.
3) Launch "FoxitReader.exe".
4) Drag and drop a pdf file from your desktop or from your file manager onto Foxit Reader's window.
Expected result: Foxit Reader should open the pdf file you dragged and dropped. Actual result: nothing happens.

It still doesn't work for me with Wine 1.7.55 and the same exact steps I described above.
I think the fix went into 1.8.rc1 and it isnt included 1.7.55.
