When trying to install dotnet 1.1 from winetricks I get a "failed to delay load
 library wincorelib.dll (win32 error: 0). The program can no longer run and
will now terminate."

Confirming. The quiet install also fails, but reports success, otherwise
winetrickstest would've caught this earlier...

Regression is caused by 852133973f8d77c0e12fae230895187b537eb1ae, .Net doesn't
like that fake dll. Removing it fixes the installer. I'll adjust winetricks
accordingly.

I suppose this bug should be closed invalid/wontfix.

There's a good analysis of this in bug 25120, so making this a duplicate of it
rather than vice-versa.  (The identified commits are different, but the problem
appears to be the same.)
