Tested using wine-staging 2.0-rc5 which should have the winex11-MWM_Decorations
patchset, didn't seem to fix the double caption.

It looks like that my fix was not enough for XFCE4, I sent an update to
the patchset.

I confirmed over at bug 24516 that the winex11-MWM_Decorations patch (reported
here to be working for Chessmaster 9000) also fix Steam. I believe that bug
should be reported as a duplicate of this one, and that winex11-MWM_Decorations
is good to merge - at least from an end-user point of view.

Confirming that Steam also works fine with the patchset. Setting download to
steam since it is easier to reproduce.
