Free game to download, and has penguins, so it must be awesome :).

Accept the license and start the installation. Immediately, get an error box:

Abort to stop the installation,\r\nRetry to try again, or\r\nIgnore to skip

Ignoring the error, you'll get 3 more errors, all related to sound dlls
(codec_oggvorbis, codec_wav, output_dsound, output_winmm). After that,
installation seems okay, but the game doesn't run (which may or may not be
related to this bug).

Starting the game gives an error dialog saying:
Failed to unregister window class

then:
Initialization failed

but I'll hold off on filing a bug for that until this one is fixed.

If you re-run the installer after the first failed attempt it won't complain
again and it will copy the required dlls properly. Afterwards the game runs
fine.

Btw., I see the same behaviour in WinXP (running under Virtualbox): it might be
an issue with the installer itself.

I see the same on 64-bit Windows 7, so I think it's safe to mark this bug
invalid.
