It started under winedbg but it's nearly completely unusable.
1. Tabs crash all the time. 2. UI is broken (black text on black background). 3. Websites don't load.
After running it under winedgb it can now start "normally".

Under Windows XP it crashes regardless.
Under Vista it sort of works except all the fonts are invisible.
