Pirated software is not supported here.
How do you know it's pirated software? Anyways, to me it sounds like some cheating/hacking tool, which I'm pretty sure is against our rules.
Marking INVALID.

Could you point me to the section in the WineHQ Wiki that tells this?
In general cheating/hacking tools are still Windows applications, although for questionable or even malicious purpose.
The freedom of choice what to install/run should be end user's - even if it's highly questionable.
Several commercial applications/games qualify as malware/harmful software due their highly intrusive system behaviour and data collection habits. Does Wine take any active measures to prevent people from installing/running them? No.
There are many games which negatively affect brain development and social habits of children and teens due to their content. Does Wine take any active measures to prevent people from playing? No - unless it's a technical issue that hasn't been investigated yet. But still we try to fix the every bug to achieve better Windows compatibility.
Where do we draw the line? Afaik only at bug reports where people obviously used pirated software (didn't pay for it).

-> 'winetricks -q flash'
I don't see a crash here, neither with Wine 5.0 nor 5.6. The app is UPX compressed. It shows some empty flash UI after start.
Since OP didn't provide any console output nor information about native overrides it's hard to tell. The backtrace shows 'WinVer' set to 'Windows 10' which is questionable.

Could you point me to the section in the WineHQ Wiki that tells this?
I'm afraid I can not, I thought have seem similar cases in the past. However, now that you ask, I could have been wrong. Wiki only mentions illegal activities, which this doesn't fall under.
In general cheating/hacking tools are still Windows applications, although for questionable or even malicious purpose.
The freedom of choice what to install/run should be end user's - even if it's highly questionable.
Sure, but does that come with support?
Where do we draw the line? Afaik only at bug reports where people obviously used pirated software (didn't pay for it).
I'm not to decide that. Anyhow, since it doesn't seem to be against the rules, resetting the status.
