Summary: Lotus Notes fails to start on recent WINE 20050830 release Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: wine-binary AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: thaynes@sympatico.ca
Lotus Notes 6.5.3 ran reasonably (missing cursors occassionally) on 20050725 with a few instabilities. Upgrading to 20050830 results in the NSD daemon in Lotus Notes jumping up immediately and saving a service crash file for Notes technical support.
Looking at the log entries, I can see the following in the last few lines. I have no idea why winedbg isn't running at the end - typing "winedbg" at the command line brings it up fine.
