I need to accept the .NET 4 (Standalone Installer) EULA to continue the installation process. When I agree with EULA and click in "Install" button the installation hangs.
Instalation error number: HRESULT 0x80070657.

can't reproduce the problem. Installs fine in clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX. Marking fixed.
Reopen if you can reproduce it with recent Wine version.
$ wine --version wine-1.5.28-97-g86a7900
