[Bug 2398] OpenGL is only used on top level windows so child windows get overdrawn - wine-bugs

I just noticed with this latest patch, resizing the Weatherscope main window is
broken.  When I resize/maximize the window, the border changes to match the new
shape, but the shape/size of the OpenGL window is not updated.
