case:
1. install wine 1.3.* or 1.2.*
2. install mfc42.dll msvcp60.dll by winetricks
3. download and install http://www.alpari.ru/download/mt/mt4setup.exe
4. Launch the application
5. skip the registration and try to open any emails in Mailbox tab

terminal open empty window. It create file in "http://C:/Program Files
(x86)/Alpari MT4/browser_temp.htm" (link from log), that can be viewed by
browser, but doesn't show it.

it seems that issue was fixed in 1.3.21
