F1 key press on the MetaEditor5 open a blank MQL5 reference window. Desired
behavior is described in

I have just discovered a workaround: change wine to 32 bit mode.

1) Drop "~/.wine" folder;
2) Run "$ export WINEARCH=win32" on command terminal.
3) Reinstall MetaTrader 5.

Now the help window appears filled, but the correct page is not already
selected (context is lost).

This means the help. It works fine now. Wine 4.18.
