Hello!
When I try to run Fifa Online 2 - I run Launcher http://gmclan.org/uploader/6184/Przechwycenie_obrazu_ekranu___10.png
I Accept licence (where is it? :P) And try to press Play.
I didn't Play Fifa Online 2, so maybe I should click somewhere else.

Yes in theory they shouldn't change nothing, I don't know why it changes when I was run it with sudo...

It shouldn't changes anything, because Wine works as administer (there isn't user accounts, I think)
You're then giving wine and the application full access to your system.
It can also lead to files getting owned by root instead of your user, causing weird issues.
