The Adobe Creative Cloud installer immediately stops and asks the user to
connect to the Internet.

Native winhttp works around the error message but nothing much else occurs.

Works here too. Reporter appears to be using a proxy server though. Ken, does
it fail for you if you use a direct connection?

I don't currently have the download, and the download page refuses to do....
anything! I have no idea why. I will update as soon as I can.
