Just updated to wine 1.3.21 and found that the mouse behaviour makes this game
almost unplayable, as the pointer returns to the previous screen position when
the mouse movement is over.

I don't think it's a duplicate of #27156, since the bug there seems to have
been fixed in 1.3.21, while this one appeared in 1.3.21.

This is happening to me in Modern Warfare 2. Downgrading to 1.3.20 fixes the
issue.

I have retested it, this are the results:

wine 1.3.19 => Working flawless.
wine 1.3.20 => The strange mouse behavior is here.
wine 1.3.21 => The strange mouse behavior is also here, and seems to be even
more annoying (working a little worse).

So right, it might be a dupe of bug 27156.
