If you install, uninstall and then attempt to reinstall the Netgear Powerline
Utility it will hang and eventually report an unhandled exception. Works fine
in Windows XP.

AFAICT no change in Wine 3.0-rc3, but I got bored of waiting for the unhandled
exception.

No unhandled exceptions in Wine and Staging 4.18, but it just hangs
indefinitely and has to be killed. No CPU activity.
